Captivated
by the marvellous music from this film by Hans Zimmer, Pascal Devroye
decided to arrange it in the form of a medley. The result is a challenging
arrangement with interesting rhythm patterns, an important percussion
part and solid melodic lines alternating with strong rhythmical passages.
Buy the original soundtrack CD and compare it with this arrangement, at
times you will not hear the difference. This adaptation by the talented
Belgian arranger is a masterwork. The frequent changes of rhythm, tonalities
and colours will transport you into the pitiless atmosphere of Alcatraz.
